The purpose of yoga is to find harmony in the mind, body and environment. These suggestions are a mixed type of yoga.

It is preferred if you as a teacher learn the different yoga positions before introducing them to your students.

You can always start teaching a few positions and add more gradually as the students learn. Make sure to take 3 deep breaths from the stomach in every position.
